]]> To honor Dylan’s roots, Crystal + Dylan chose charming Pittsboro as the setting for their engagement session last month. I was familiar with a few wedding venues in the outskirts of the city, but hadn’t spent much time past there otherwise, so I had a blast scouting locations in advance and getting to know this adorable little city. We wandered from the scenic trails of the Lower Haw River State Park to colorful murals off small-town Hillsboro Street, ending at a gem of a field further south.

Crystal + Dylan, thanks so much for being adventurous and willing to cavort in a random field at magic hour! I always love shooting in new places and am grateful for your enthusiasm over finding a unique location for your session. This shoot was a memorable one for me, and I hope you had as much fun making new memories as I did! I’m pumped about photographing your celebration this fall. 🙂
